Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Salesforce Developers. The successful candidates will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and effective Salesforce solutions.
Mandatory Skill-set
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Salesforce Developer Certification (e.g., Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II);
- Proficiency in Salesforce technologies including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and SOSL;
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, and data model;
- Experience with Salesforce integration tools and techniques (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, middleware);
- Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team;
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Desired Skill-set
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products;
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy customized solutions using Salesforce technologies including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and integrations;
- Develop custom applications and components that enhance Salesforce functionality and improve user experience;
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs;
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools;
- Ensure data integrity and data quality by implementing robust data management practices;
- Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and regression tests to ensure high-quality code;
- Manage deployment activities including packaging, deployment to different environments, and post-deployment support;
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Salesforce applications;
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly;
- Perform regular system upgrades and ensure compliance with Salesforce releases.
