Sales Co-ordinator

Duties & Responsibilities :


• Support wide range of activities under Automotive Sales Team

• Communication Hub of internal team, Group Companies, and customer

• Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers

• Prepare, Calculate, Manage price list & Submit quotation

• Manage & Maintain database

• Prepare and submit samples, Documents, Data, which requested by customers

• Supports in negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions

• Reporting and Report Supporting

• Other duties assigned as & when required


Qualification, Experiences, Skills & Characteristics :


• Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Business / Supply Chain or equivalent Experience

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Sales and/or Customer Service

• Knowledge in ERP system (SAP preferred)

• Expert level in Microsoft Excel preferred

• Proficient in Teams, Power Point and Word

• Able to work independently in fast-pace environment

• Self-driven, initiative and ability to work meticulously

• Good communication with both internal & external parties
