We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Junior Technical Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in assisting customers with technical issues, ensuring their satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair tasks for systems.
- Diagnose technical issues and implement solutions.
- Conduct inspections to ensure equipment functionality.
- Test equipment performance and troubleshoot malfunctions.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to resolve complex problems.
- Provide technical support to customers or end-users.
- Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces and new functionality enhancements.
- Work with team members in customer support, field test and deployment
- Perform bug fixing and improvement of current application framework
- AutoCad or Professional Technical 2D drawing.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in technical support on-site is preferred.
- Experience with or a keen interest in smart home technology is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and adapt.
- Familiarity with technical support tools and software.
- Basic understanding of networking, software applications, and troubleshooting methodologies.
