SALES MANAGER

Elite Sanitary Trading

Role & Responsibilities :

The Sales manager will have a strong background in sales management within the wholesale sanitaryware industry, with a proven ability to drive business growth and manage key accounts. Responsibilities include developing and implementing effective sales strategies, identifying and securing new business opportunities, and maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. The Sales Manager will also monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and ensure customer satisfaction. This role demands excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with supply chain and operations teams to ensure product quality and timely delivery, prepare and present detailed sales reports to senior management, and lead and motivate a high-performing sales team.



Requirement

- Singaporean/PR

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in marketing

- Preferably with 5 years of working experience related to the plating market

- Possess good interpersonal and management skills

- Able to speak/write English at business level with strong communication skills

- Confident to work independently, able to multi-task, and good team player



1. Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to drive growth in wholesale sanitary ware.

2. Identify and secure lucrative new business opportunities through market research and strategic prospecting.

3. Cultivate and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring long-term loyalty and satisfaction.

4. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine and adapt sales strategies continuously.

5. Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure the highest quality standards and timely delivery of products.

6. Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management, providing strategic insights.

7. Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets. 8. Utilize exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage key accounts and foster client relationships.
