Join our team as an HR Assistant! You'll handle recruiting, onboarding, employee records, and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include job postings, candidate screenings, interview scheduling, coordinating medical check-ups, processing insurance claims, and preparing payroll reports. Job Responsibilities:
- Support the recruitment process which includes job postings, CV screenings, conduct initial candidate screenings (junior and intern roles) and arranging interviews with candidates.
- Coordinate medical check-ups for employees and verify invoices.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date employee files, records, and documentation.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Monitor attendance, send monthly notifications for lateness, and prepare quarterly reports
- Arrange orders for wreaths and baby hampers, send email announcements, and verify invoices.
- Manage and process insurance claims (WICA, GHS, GPA, FMI), coordinating between the insurer and employees for timely and accurate claim reimbursement.
- Arrange packer deployment and verify invoices.
- Assist in preparing various reports for payroll processing.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in the related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications such as: Microsoft Word / Excel / Outlook.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
- A team player, self-motivated, independent, meticulous and detail-oriented.
