1-Year Contract via Agency
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with vendors for meter installation arrangement
- Address customer queries regarding metering concerns
- Attend to and troubleshoot any metering faults
- Investigate site abnormalities resulting from power surges or drops in energy consumption
- Perform meter accuracy tests upon customer request
- Follow up on meter readings not obtained by vendors or the Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) system
- Process daily tasks though the K2 workflow and coordinate with vendors for subsequent periodic meter readings or installations
- Communicate with SP Group regarding customer inquiries related to metering and replacement of faulty meters
- Manage meter inventory
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Higher Nitec in Electrical or a relevant engineering field
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Prior experience in meter management is advantageous but not mandatory
- Candidates with the willingness to learn new skills will also be considered
- Interaction with customers either through email correspondence or in-person meetings at customer locations
