Admin (HR)
- using EP eservices (incl. SAT)
- Submission and making payment of CPF, personal income tax
- Assistance in monthly payroll processing
Admin
- Answering phone calls
- General admin work
- Filing and organizing
- Assistance customers in completing necessary processes
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
Skills Required
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 ( Incl. Excel and Word), PDF
- With basis HR knowledge
- Able to handle messaging in English and Chinese, need to deal with Chinese clients
- Responsible and organized
- Able to work independently and efficiency
