We are seeking a dedicated and dependable Part Time Centre Admin Assistant to join our team. This position is perfect for individuals who are looking for a long-term commitment and are comfortable with hourly pay, including working on Saturdays and Sundays
1) Meticulous at work as will be often required to multitask and handle a high volume of queries.
2) Comfortable in speaking to parents and students in-person and over the phone
3) Data entry/Updating social media
4) Office filing and ad-hoc duties
5) Taking attendance and managing tutors and students
6) Basic cleaning and Hygiene check
7) Handles registrations, payments, make-up classes and other queries from parents
8) Coordinate the distribution and collection of lesson plans and worksheets to teachers before and after classes
9) Liaise with teachers on make-up classes, absentees and other logistical matters
Requirements:
- Must be able to commit every Saturday and Sunday
- Strong commitment to a long-term position (1 year or more).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Reliable and punctual work ethic.
