Responsibilities
- Responsible for administrative and support duties
- Compile report, schedule and prepare material for meeting
- Take meeting minute as and when required
- Prepare presentation, report and forms application
- Responsible for order processing uploading, generating Credit Note, settings of Rebate into system.
- Keying of orders
- Provide assistant and support to the sales team
- Raise and create IMR (new products)
- Customer Service (call in enquiries)
Education
- Minimum O Level, Diploma
Experience, Skills & Knowledge Required
- Min 2 years administrative experience
- SAP order processing experience will be added advantage
- Organize and able to work independently
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good Microsoft office skills
- Team player and keen interest to learn
