Job Type: 1-Year Contract, 3 working days per week
Location: Tuas (Transport pickup to/from Lakeside MRT)
Working Hours: 8am to 5pm (Monday to Friday)
Salary: $2,500 per month
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment process, including crafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and administering the selection process.
- Develop and implement onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a positive and informative start to their employment.
- Maintain accurate and secure employee records, update company policies and procedures as needed, and manage employee leave and benefits.
- Assist HR Manager with payroll administration and performance management initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant employment regulations and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive employee data.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or an equivalent qualification (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in HR and Administration preferably in manufacturing industry.
- Good understanding of recruitment best practices, HR compliance, and local employment regulations.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
