Roles & Responsibilities
· Ensure site safety & compliance to authorities' requirements.
· To assist Project Manager on the day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force.
· Work closely with contractor and sub-contractors on project progress, drawing revised and ensure timely work arrangements.
· Managing and supervising construction teams
· Ensure work progress meet the schedule and deadline as well as compliance with contract requirement.
· Coordinate with RTO and RE for inspection etc
· Submission of weekly report for site progress and month end work done
· Any other ad-hoc duties as instructed by superiors
Requirement:
· Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
· Experience and knowledge in construction materials, methods, and regulations
· Good communication and leadership skills
· Able to work independently and lead as the leader of the construction team.
· Able to multi task, work in tight schedules under tough environment.
· Willing to work on Saturdays.
