JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Support clients to find the right candidate to fit their requirements and culture.
- Actively reach out to prospective clients and build leads and convert them to clients.
- Build a database of quality candidates by sourcing and advertising and using social media channels such as LinkedIn.
- Provide candidate profiles and assessments to clients for ease-in hiring decision making.
- Keep accurate records of communication and follow up on active roles.
- Keep clients and candidates engaged.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ideally 1 years' experience in recruitment or BD role.
- Recruitment industry experience would be an added advantage.
- A goal-getter with a hands-on attitude to deliver results.
- Excellent communicator, people oriented and a strong team player.
- Self starter and be able to work independently.
- Candidates who have CEI preferred.
