Sales & Marketing Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive who is passionate about driving revenue growth and expanding market reach. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in both sales and marketing, with a proven ability to develop and implement innovative strategies that align with our business objectives. This role requires a dynamic individual who excels in market analysis, campaign development, lead generation, and customer relationship management. Our goal is to find a professional who can effectively bridge the gap between marketing initiatives and sales execution, ensuring cohesive strategies that result in measurable business success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to meet company goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships within the printing industry.
  • Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Create and manage targeted marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
  • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports to management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive strategies and successful execution of projects.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our services.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing within the printing industry is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of printing processes and technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
