1. General Mgmt - Support leadership team (also means crossed countries)
2. Admin - office rentals, travel booking, visa, expense claim, vendor mgmt, courier/local despatch, front desk support even though at Regus leased office also need to have a point person. Future own office plan.
3. Supporting role to various Dept as required :
HR - onboarding, Staff Wellness, Expat management
4. RA (regulatory)- all admin
Finance - tracking of spend and payments (PO, Invoices, Vendor onboarding, Accruals, Budgeting, payment tracking)
Mktg - events, launches
IT- liaison between office and third party IT support vendor
5. Supporting sales team
6. Contracts management like safekeeping and timely submission and timeline management
7. Proper filing of legal contracts with distributors, vendors etc.
