Need to be good in admin duties & Excel (Pivot Table & Vlookup)
- Manage the bus shelter/road assets inventory including campaign updating, scheduling of campaigns, occupancy, etc.
- Work collaboratively across all departments to ensure smooth operation.
- Liaise with vendor for campaign installation and removal.
- Manage and checking of proof of posting.
- Coordinate client viewing.
- Manage monthly reports.
- Establish documentation and paperwork.
- Provide operational assistance to the team when required.
Requirements:
- GCE “A” levels or Diploma.
- Relevant experience in administrative work is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Possess a pleasant personality and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn, with a curious and driven mindset
- Organized, meticulous with the ability to multi-task and follow-through
- Possess good spoken and written communication skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Have a strong drive for work excellence and enjoy challenges while working within tight deadlines and under pressure
