Working Hours and Location:
- 3 days (9:00am - 1pm) long term
- Location: Raffles place (5 mins from MRT)
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed.
- Provide on-site Support in relation to IT/AV- related service in the office.
- Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for problem resolution.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot IT/AV equipment faults and application errors, to restore service provision.
- Maintain technical documentation related to configuration of IT/AV equipment and components.
- Documenting, troubleshooting and problem resolution steps.
- Perform system administrative tasks including regular backups.
- Assist in the development of standard operating procedures and policies.
- Conduct regular audits of systems and software to ensure compliance with licensing agreements.
- Stay updated on technological advancements and recommend improvements to enhance system functionality.
- Resolve or escalate issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- In depth knowledge of Windows 10, Windows Server Microsoft Office 365
- Attention to detail.
- At least 4 years experience in IT support and systems maintenance.
