RESPONSIBILITIES
- This position is for Lee Kong Chian School of Business (LKCSB).
- Providing support for all Engagement activities / initiatives
- Contribute ideas and actively look out for opportunities to work with internal and external stakeholders for impactful engagement activities/ initiatives.
- Support logistical matters relating to all engagement activities / initiatives.
- Support the procurement and processes with vendors.
- Track and update all contributions made by the students, student leaders and alumni.
- Support the overall engagement efforts to build relationship with the students, student leaders and alumni.
- Rankings
- Responsible for collection & collation of data from all internal stakeholders.
- Support the analysis and reporting for all the rankings activities.
- Update the database and disseminate the official communications to various stakeholders.
- Track the overall rankings progress of all programs.
- Support all logistical matters for all rankings related activities.
- Diploma or Degree.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in events management.
- Good planning and organizational skills and able to manage various projects at one time.
- Attention to details in managing various project timelines and data.
- Good communication and people skills to engage and work with various stakeholders.
- Prior experience in education industry and knowledge of FT & QS rankings matters would be a strong advantage.
- Good analytical mind and able to think out of the box and provide solutions with available resources.
- Require to communicate with chinese speaking external stakeholders.
