Job Responsibilities
- Handle petty cash and claims.
- Segregate claims according to different project costs.
- Communicate with vendors to ensure timely submission.
- Filling records for all staffs attendance on site.
- Compile monthly reports from Site Managers including site managed by Operation Manager and update organization chart.
- Prepare monthly payment response, countersign etc for signatory.
- Handle office administrative duties and paperwork which includes data entry, copying, scanning and attending to emails, etc.
- Schedule meetings, prepare for meetings, including minutes of meeting and disseminate minutes to all the relevant staffs.
- Ad-hoc duties/tasks assigned.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least O-Level or equivalent.
- Proficient in MS Office & Outlook.
- Excellent team player with ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently with very minimal supervision.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment.
- IFM working experience would be an added advantage.
- Working Location: Site Office, Tampines
