We're seeking a passionate and detail-oriented HR professional to join our growing team!
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to deliver effective HR solutions aligned with departmental goals.
- Recruit top talent through various channels, attracting and onboarding qualified candidates.
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from offer letters to performance reviews and offboarding.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, including work visa applications and renewals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance to employees on company policies and procedures.
- Contribute to employee retention initiatives, fostering a positive and engaging work environment.
- Assist with annual performance appraisals and other HR projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a full spectrum of HR functions.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore Employment Law.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Strong analytical skills and computer proficiency.
- Prior experience with Easy Pay Enterprise software a plus.
