Job Description & Requirements
- Carrying out site measurements
- Manage costing and budgeting for on-going and tender projects
- Processing of payment claimsand final accounts
- Perform liaison with client and main contractors
- Evaluate review terms and conditions of contracts
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Min Degree in Building Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Proficient in AUTOCAD & EXCEL
- Minimum 3 years of working exerience in construction industry(special for RC works)
