Job Description:
- Sources for potential suppliers and vendors.
- To manage and negotiate pricing, commercial terms with suppliers and recommend the most competitive suppliers.
- Develop and maintain the relationship with suppliers.
- Create Purchase Orders and track orders status.
- Ensure goods, materials and services are timely delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and reordering supplies as needed.
- Verify and approve invoices to ensure details are correct and submit payments.
- Resolve any suppliers or delivery issues.
- Analyse market trends and give recommendations for cost savings.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify the purchasing needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least O-Level or equivalent.
- Proficient in MS Office & Outlook.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement.
- Experienced with sourcing and material understanding.
- Demonstrates interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with very minimal supervision.
- IFM working experience would be an added advantage.
- Working Location: Site Office, Tampines.
