Job Responsibilities:
Operations
- Ensure smooth B2B and B2C pharmacy transactions.
- Ensure all Pharmacy SOPs and HSA requirements are strictly followed and supported.
- Oversee entire pharmacy operations floor for day to day operations.
- Recruit, train and supervise pharmacy staff to ensure high performance.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide appropriate level of performance feedback to develop the team’s capabilities.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
- Provide efficient stocktake bi–annually.
- Work together with the Pharmacist for Regulatory and Compliance.
- Work with new SOPs and work process for new licenses such as Warehousing Distribution and E-Pharmacy together with Pharmacist.
- Work closely with other departments (Ecommerce and Business teams) to create promotions and events to meet sales expectations.
- Liaise with external auditors as and when needed.
- Provide efficient work process for new license applications for warehousing and Distributions.
Procurement
- Procure day to day medicine requirement for the Pharmacy and clinics.
- Ensure to provide and source affordable and quality products for doctors, clinic and customers to all possible options.
- Ensure efficient product inventory and availability.
- Liaise with external supplier and vendors for new products and launch.
- Source for imported products that can bring to Singapore market.
- Build good relations with Pharma companies for possible sponsorships, partnerships and collaborations within the organisation.
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in any field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in order processing and inventory.
- Working experience in Ecommerce marketplace will be an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in leading a team.
