This role will oversees sourcing and procurement for General Contractors, Architect & Engineering firms, Commissioning Agents, Project Managers, Project Controls, Site Selection services, and other project-related goods and services:
Supplier Onboarding (10%)
- Manage the onboarding of new regional and site suppliers using company's onboarding tools.
- Ensure supplier codes are set up in the system before starting the RFP process.
Contract Procurement (60%)
- Conduct Requests for Proposals/ RFPs for multiple sites, evaluate bids, and ensure consistent scope understanding among bidders.
- Review contract documents to ensure quality.
- Prepare Award Recommendation Letters and facilitate contract approvals.
Additional Duties (30%)
- Support other tasks as needed to meet team goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years in indirect sourcing or procurement; contract management is a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Strong project management with a focus on cost and timelines.
- Ability to handle high demand and detail-oriented tasks.
- Experience in commercial management of procurement agreements.
- Effective decision-making and adaptability.
- Proactive and independent worker.
- High ethical standards and professional interaction across departments.
- Deep business understanding and accountability.
- Open to 12 months contract - renewable!
