Job Responsibilities
General Administration
•Database updating, dispatch of mails/documents, and managing of corporate complimentary passes.
•Sorting and filing of documents.
•Update and document checks for repair and maintenance equipment, furniture, and facilities in warehouse and office.
•Managing of stationary supplies & pantry items for corporate office.
•Consolidating and tabulating monthly telco bills, Cab Charges & Franking Postages.
•Prepare and monitor inventory stocks report and place order from vendor replenishment of supplies and consumables PPEs in office.
•Perform report and monitor SAP related administration activities status. Eg. PO/PR/GR
•Souring for quotation/supplier as and when required
•Liaising with supplier/vendor for maintenance work
•Prepare information on the company assets tagging report status and asset stock taking perform within timeframe.
•Perform report on staff attendance / OT clocking / Registering staff facial recognition matters.
Staff Welfare
•Support the organisation of corporate-related / welfare and CSR events/activities.
Inventory stocks status and place order to procure the PPEs and distribution for new staff.
•Support staff welfare events. Eg; appreciation lunch, issuance of festive token
Security
•Prepare, update system and monitor for distribution card / access for employees
•Support and provide feedback in administration operations.
•Prepare and update audit checks and follow up actions during internal / external audits
•Propose areas of improvement from audit results
Others
•Undertake any assigned projects / duties directed by Management(if any)
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications / Microsoft Power Platform applications
- Knowledge in SAP will be an advantage
- Customer-service oriented in communicating/collaborating with internal/external parties
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate a positive attitude with a keen sense of responsibility and high motivation.
- Resourceful, pay attention to detail, function well in a team, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Organised with the ability to manage conflicting timescales and priorities
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking ability
- High adaptability to changes in a fast-paced environment

Professional Qualifications & Relevant Experience
- Degree / Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent certifications,
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in administration management.
