*Coordinating daily management operations
* Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction
* Manage POS and cashiering duties
* Places orders of supplies for the outlet
* Prepare beverages & coffee
* Organize and supervise shifts
* Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
* Comply with all safety and hygiene standards as required by the Company and respective regulations
Requirements:
* At least 5 year of working experience in food service
* Responsible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent team player, self-motivated, well-organized
* Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
* Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
