Accounts Receivable Specialist
Location: Pioneer
Working hours: 5 days, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Salary: $3500 - $4000
Responsibilities:
- Collections:
- Channel your expertise in collecting payments from clients. You’re the whisperer who turns overdue accounts into harmonious settlements.
- Make those collection calls with finesse, balancing assertiveness with empathy, navigate delicate conversations and build bridges.
- Financial:
- Dive into accounts receivable aging reports. Identify overdue payments, follow up, and ensure timely resolution.
- Reconcile customer accounts, uncover discrepancies, and resolve billing disputes.
- Invoicing:
- Generate and dispatch invoices promptly, ensuring clients receive accurate bills.
- Handle incoming payments via checks, electronic transfers, or credit cards.
- Reporting:
- Prepare financial statements, highlight accounts receivable status, trends, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with management to strategize based on data-driven insights.
- Client:
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, provide exceptional service, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years in accounts receivable, with a proven track record of successful collections.
