IT Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Prospect and engage potential clients through effective communication and presentations.
  • Understand the company's IT products and services thoroughly.
  • Articulate product features, benefits, and value propositions to clients.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, track leads, and forecast sales opportunities.
  • Prioritize and allocate resources effectively to maximize conversion rates.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to align sales efforts.
  • Generate regular sales reports, analyze performance, and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.
  • Address customer concerns promptly and proactively.

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma or Degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent
  • Min 3 years in IT sales or related roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing, software, hardware, and networking.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to inspire and drive results.
  • Adept at building and maintaining client relationships.
