Job Description:
- Provide full range of secretarial support to BOD included office-management duties, travel arrangements, handling calendar events, organizing reports and documents, setting up meetings.
- Support sales and marketing projects.
- Assist in ISO standards preparation, filing and compliance.
- Assist in Grant/ Trademarks application.
- Participate in liaison with Government agencies/ Associations.
- Co-ordinate and conduct meetings, briefings, or trainings to staffs when necessary.
- Organize and maintain confidential information, files, and records.
- Able to take Minutes of Meeting/ Provide summaries.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in any field.
- Minimum 2 Years of working experience in administrative roles.
- Good disposition, hardworking individuals with good interpersonal relationship.
- Good verbal and communications skills and attention to detail.
- Good time management, has initiative and is reliable.
- Maintain confidentiality of private information.
- Knowledge of MS.
