Sales Support Officer - Your future position?
Location: Pioneer, Singapore
Reporting to: Senior Account Manager
As Sales Support Officer will be responsible for:
- Product service requests (coordination with fragrance evaluation team and customer for sample perfume clearance, perfume dosage recommendation for product base adaptation, claim support, including the preparation of the reports)
- Application samples request and preparation. Client’s product base registration
- Perfume oil sample requests for Singapore/Indonesia production
- Project/Fragrance submission presentation support on PowerPoint
- Support Submission Kit preparation
- Local/overseas samples dispatch arrangement
- Regulatory, technical & technology documentation request
- Raw Material Review (RMR)/Halal Certification processing & request
- Project system housekeeping (IBIS), New Business Order reporting
- Secondary contact point to provide quotations to SEAA client procurement
- Fragrance quotation in IBIS entry
- Internal/External meeting and event coordination’s
- Travel request for managers
- Proactively track, follow up, monitor client’s request fulfilment and action accordingly, con-nect with relevant team members and external to solve.

Your professional profile includes:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree holder with an interest in the fragrance industry
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Proficient with MS Office applications such as PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, be proactive and manage complexity in a fast pace environment Demonstrate ability to learn quickly and openness to learning
- Good organizational and project management skills
- Able to handle highly confidential information
