In this leadership role, you'll play a pivotal role in:
- Overseeing a cluster of stores, driving sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
- Motivating and coaching a team of Store Managers to achieve ambitious targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans aligned with overall business objectives for your cluster.
- Empowering your team through effective training, performance management, and building a positive work environment.
- Optimizing district profitability by identifying and implementing cost-saving measures.
- Maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including landlords, vendors, and the local community.
- Analyzing store performance metrics like sales, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction to identify areas for improvement.
- Leading by example and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures across your cluster.
We're looking for a candidate who possesses:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management as Area/District or Cluster Manager in Apparel & Fashion, Footwear, Handbags
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving profitable growth in a multi-store environment.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with retail inventory management systems a plus
