Duration: 8 July to 22 November 2024.
Salary: S$3,200/month, plus commuting allowance of S$90/month.
Location: Raffles Place
Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
Job Responsibilities:
Raw material management:
- Maintenance the import activity
- Liaising with suppliers and related parties, MSS and Nissin
- Managing the import documents and uploading to IP system, SE maintenance and uploading
- Preparing the related documents such as PO etc. and maintenance the delivery chart
- Preparing monthly ingredients in out file and other files which is reported to HQ
- Managing Inventory of Raw material including delivery, stock count etc.
- Planning cost down/improving quality
- Checking invoices
- Claim for the torn bags according to Branch Manager's instruction
- Managing the files related to the sales of the ingredients
- Providing the related documents to MSS according to MSS's request
Trilateral trade management:
- Liaising with suppliers and related parties
- Managing the documents and maintenance the folder in drobox
- Preparing the related documents such as PO etc. and maintenance the delivery chart.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma holder or its equivalent.
- Knowledge and experience in shipping preferred.
- Min 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Shipping or Logistic.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Able to start work in short notice.
