Job Summary:

As an Operations Admin Assistant at Sunlight Ambulance, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations under the guidance of our Operations Executive. This position, based on office hours, involves a variety of responsibilities ranging from client communication and ambulance case coordination to administrative tasks such as filing and verification of staff allowances.


Responsibilities:

• Client Communication: Answer calls from both the general public and corporate clients, providing assistance and information as needed.

• Ambulance Case Coordination: Dispatch and monitor ambulance cases, ensuring efficient and timely response to emergency situations. Familiarity with local traffic and roads.

• Administrative Tasks: File invoices accurately and maintain organized records for easy retrieval & Verify staff allowances and assist in managing financial documentation.

• Logistic Tasks: Conduct logistical tasks, including stock take and checking expiry dates of supplies.

• Other Administrative Duties: Assist in various administrative duties as assigned, contributing to the smooth operation of daily activities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Willingness to accomodate rotating shift(if any).
