We are a consultancy firm based in Singapore, and we are looking for Full time Personal Assistant and Human Resource Executive to join our growing organisation. In this position, you will be tasked to support our team and engage in basic HR roles.
Job Scope:
- Provide administration support for the company
- Managing Schedules and Calendars
- Travel Arrangements
- Prepare for meetings
- Consolidating the company's monthly statement
- Liaise with business associates or partners for contract details
- Preparation of contracts
- Support role to office operations
- Recruitment of new hires (posting of ads, arranging interviews and onboarding process)
- Payroll
5 days work week, 9am - 6pm.
Nearest MRT to our office is Telok Ayer/Raffles Place MRT.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: $2,200.00 - $3,200.00 per month
