The telephone operator answers incoming calls, directs calls to guest rooms or staff, takes and delivers messages, performs wake-up calls, provides information about hotel services, pages guests and employees, monitors alarm systems when maintenance is closed, and assists with training new operators.
Requirements:
- Min GCE O level & above
- No experience required, but if have similar or relevant experience will be preferred
- Security License is a MUST (Must have lic to work in the command centre)
- IT savvy, conscientious, passionate
- Training will be provided
- Able to start work within short notice
