Established professional in New Equipment Modernization responsible for project schedule updates, report documentation, and acts as the primary contact with customers. Resolves customer issues and escalates more complex issues as needed.
Job Description
- Reviews project expenditures to ensure the accuracy of all invoices/applications for payment in accordance with purchase order and subcontract terms and conditions. Also ensures that they are processed (approved/authorized) in a timely manner.
- Updates project schedules and prepares project management correspondences and documents effectively on all aspects of the implementation phases, including customer meeting minutes, team assignments/action item tracking, letters, memorandums, transmittals and RFIs.
- Acts as the primary contact with customers, develops a professional relationship, and understands the customer needs to meet those within the bounds of contracted scope.
- Understands and communicates job schedule to all project team members to ensure timely completion of project.
- Adjusts orders for any changes to the scope for moderate projects.
Minimum Requirements
Requires theoretical to advanced knowledge obtained through a University degree, combined with experience.
Practical knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.
University Degree or equivalent.
A minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience.
