Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial support to the manager in sales department.
- Attend to queries from customers and provide clarification.
- Provide price proposal to customers and to handle negotiation on price.
- Prepare purchase order to Japan HQ office for approval.
- Generate sales order, invoice and delivery order.
- Coordinate and arrange for shipment.
- Monitor and follow up closely on deliveries and payment schedule.
- Assist in processing and negotiating letter of credit.
Requirements:
- Good coordination and communication skill
- Knowledge of Letter of Credit processing & negotiation
- Prefer one with administrative experience in sales department
- Attention to details and with ability to multi-task
