Job Type: 12 Months Contract
Working Hours: 8.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 8.30am – 5.30pm (Friday)
Basic Salary: $2,390 per month
Responsibilities:
· Assist with the scheduling of meetings, including collating of panel members’ availabilities, scheduling of cases and sharing of case documents.
· Track submission of Crisis Placement (CPP) forms, including new and extension of CPP
· Extract, input and upload all relevant data from reports and supporting documents into the system;
· Provide support in field work with Adult Protection Officers
· Support in collation of data when required (e.g. monthly sighting of Vulnerable Adults and ad-hoc requests)
· File management; and
· Administrative and corporate support including minute taking
Requirements:
· Diploma in Psychology, Social Work, Social Sciences or other relevant disciplines.
· Preferably 1 year of experience in case work management.
· Competent in Microsoft Excel.
