Job Description & Requirements
- Attend to patient, including registrations, updating and keeping records and arranging patients’ appointments.
- Involve in cashiering, dispensing, stock taking & perform other administration duties as assigned. Data entry and filling patients’ card..
- Responsible for appointment bookings, reminder calls and SMS.
- Ensure opening and closing duties are completed Reply voicemail by returning calls to customer. Recommend and promote company services and products.
- Ensure cleanliness of the waiting area and Display is up-to-date.
- Any duties assigned by the management
Requirements:
- Minimum ‘O’ Level with experience in similar position
- Bilingual
- Mature, customer service oriented and friendly deposition
- Possess initiative, proactive and able to multi-task
- Able to work on weekends and retail hours
- Handle front desk activities, incoming calls & phone enquiries.
