Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and recommend solutions that align with Salesforce best practices, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and compliance with industry standards
  • Responsible for finalizing and validating user stories and acceptance criteria for business requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts and project managers, to ensure that the Salesforce solution meets business objectives and regulatory requirements
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into technical requirements and vice versa, facilitating effective communication and understanding
  • Lead the functional implementation of Salesforce, focusing on business process mapping, configuration, and user experience design
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, conducting workshops and interviews to elicit detailed business needs and use cases, facilitating requirements workshops
  • Configure Salesforce to meet functional requirements, including customizations, workflow automation, and UI enhancements, leveraging declarative tools and low-code solutions, such as Flow and Process Builder

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
  • Minimum 6-7 years of experience in delivering Salesforce projects
  • Multiple relevant Salesforce certifications
  • Strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering techniques
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customization
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Prior experience within the public sector and real estate industry would be advantageous
