Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Provide accounting support to the accounting department (eg. Bank reconciliation, AR & AP)
- Handly petty cash claims and process payments as assigned
- Handling office tasks such as filing, data entry, document scanning, and etc
- Other Ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Min GCE 'O' Level and above
- Pleasant personality with good working attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel, and MS Outlook. With knowledge of accounting software will be an advantage
