Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for general office administrative support, including computer word processing, data entry, photocopying, document filing, documents/packages sending and receiving, etc.
2. Incoming phone calls handling.
3. Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
4. Provide guideline to the cleaning assistant to maintain the office in clean and tidy manner.
5. Handle Ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role.
2. Good at MS Office and general Windows operation.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
