Job Responsibilities
- In-charge of the office IT co-ordination matters with external technical support for troubleshooting, all PC hardware and software assets management, email set-ups.
- Monitor company NAS system and server closely and coordinate with appointed IT technical support when necessary.
- Coordinate with appointed IT technical support for devices setting up and troubleshooting supports.
- Maintain and ensure up-to-date ISO processes and procedures to fulfil its standard requirements are adequately resourced.
- Maintain correspondences (letter/notice…etc.) reference number list and keep a traceability record.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair tasks for the company equipment and tools.
- Keep track of company printers/copiers maintenance, consumables and usage status.
- Keep track and manage staff uniforms and office supplies to ensure adequate stock levels (for site office).
- Assist in procurement tasks when required.
- General data entry and undertaking all filing as required.
- Coordinate and assist for the tender preparation in accordance with company processes and requirements including liaison with internal departments in preparation of tender administrative related submittals.
- Coordinate and assist for the project kick-off preparation, submittals and other project administrative related materials.
- All tasks assigned by superior or procurement manager.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in purchasing
- With 3-5 years of procurement experience
- Knowledge of procurement processes, policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Commitment and initiatives to complete any urgent tasks timely
