Job Responsibilities:
- Set-up, dismantle, store, maintain, handle and use of all products and resources required for outlet according to set standards. This includes the tidiness and cleanliness of all work and service stations
- Deliver products and services that achieve the set standards
- Check guest satisfaction, receive feedback, and report and provide feedback for improvement of products and services
- Participate in the trainings provided, and apply them on the job to achieve set standards and to keep the brand promise
- Complete initiatives to achieve or exceed monthly budget targets
- Contribute in building a conducive and productive working environment and a strong section team
