Job Summary
Provide smooth and efficient settlement support on all treasury products offered by our Global Market team and the daily BAU of the treasury settlement team. Be part of a dynamic and forward looking team to drive and participate in operational efficiency.
Functional (job responsibilities)
1. Co-ordinate and provide effective back-office support to Treasury.
2. Ensure all trades and transactions are processed accurately and timely and in compliance with set procedures, controls and guidelines.
3. Reconciliation of cash and securities position with agent banks and internal GL accounts
4. Ability to perform an effective and accurate dual controls role on transactions
5. Prompt update of SOP on any new processes, changes and amendments.
6. Prompt reconciliation of Suspense Accounts.
7. Provide effective relief / back-up cover for fellow colleagues as required.
8. To carry out any system testing relating to a change in process or system enhancement.
9. Manage all stakeholders in relation to BAU matters
10. Responsible to ensure all deliverables meet the require standard, accuracy and timeliness
11. Responsible in driving process enhancement, with adhering to all guidelines and regulatory compliance
Qualifcation
Diploma and/or professional qualification.
Experience/Requirements
Min 3 years related work experience in Global Market and/or Treasury Operations
