- Responsible for organizing documents /submissions /correspondences between each department in the Divisions and track the incoming/outgoing documents systematically pertaining to the respective systems/ custodians and against the deadlines set.
- Manage requests for drawing and documentation retrievals from internal and external parties.
- Maintain and upkeep documents such as manuals, project documents. etc to ensure they are up-to-date and ease of retrieval at all times.
- Implement and execute document control procedures and policies to receive project / documents from project team /contractors and distribute them to the maintenance team for information, review, and approval. Consolidate comments from maintenance team’s document reviews and respond to the project team/contractors.
- Manage the document control system to ensure that all documents are appropriately identified, categorized, and controlled.
- Reviewing documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established standards and guidelines.
- Establish and implement an efficient maintenance-related documents control register, database and hard copy filing system.
