The Account Assistant will be managing full sets of accounts, compile financial reports, perform reconciliations, assist with bookkeeping, review tax reports, process payments, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Job Scopes:
- Manage comprehensive accounting records, including AR, AP, bank ledgers, FA register, budgets, and monthly financial statements (P&L, BS, CF).
- Compile and summarize global financial reports, including bank balances, debtors, rent rolls, collections, credit control, and management accounts.
- Perform reconciliations for bank balances, receivables, payables, accruals, prepayments, amortization, and audit schedules.
- Assist with bookkeeping for accounts payable, accounts receivable, journals, and general ledger functions.
- Review VAT/GST reports and coordinate tax filings.
- Process payments.
- Filling for internal control and audits.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with government regulations.
- Support Country Heads as directed by the Group CFO and Management.
- Assist on ad-hoc jobs.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma or professional certification.
- At least 1 year of experience in accounting and office administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB).
- Singaporean only.
