Job Title: Corporate Secretary Executive (Senior/Assistant Manager) (ID1538)
Location: Telok Ayer, walking distance from MRT
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm
Salary: $3500 - $4500
Benefits:
· Performance bonus will be considered (average: 2 months for past a few years)
· Company trip (year 2024 : trip to Japan) may conduct once in 2 to 3 years

Job Responsibilities:
· To provide full suite of corporate secretarial related services (e.g., incorporation of company, change of company officers and share transfers)
· Manage a portfolio of clients in providing corporate secretarial services
· Handling submission of ACRA & IRAS transactions
· Preparing Directors/Shareholders resolutions, Extraordinary / Annual General Meetings Minutes, relevant statutory forms and other related documents for on-going corporate secretarial matters.
· Provide advice on compliance requirements, corporate governance and corporate secretarial matters
· Ensure that secretarial files and statutory records are properly updated and maintained
· Performing Onboarding / Ongoing Due Diligence Check on new and existing clients
· Liaise with statutory bodies, banks and other third-party business partners as and when required
· Handle work pass application for clients’ expatriate staff
· Review/Prepare financial statements in XBRL format.
· Any other corporate and ad-hoc jobs as required
Job Requirements:
· Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in relevant field, Business Administration, Business Management or Law Holding or currently pursuing corporate secretarial qualification / compliance background would be an advantage.
· A meticulous, organized and proactive individual who is able to work independently.
· Multi-task and work under tight timelines.
· At least 3 years’ relevant corporate secretarial experience is required
