Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle and support AR & AP function
- Assist in the production of financial statements and applications, preparation of spreadsheets, reports and correspondence as required.
- Perform proper document filing and control.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, licenses, agreements, and reports
- Organize and manage own workload to ensure your contribution to the company's monthly financial reporting process is achieved in a timely and accurate manner.
- Other ad-hoc request as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Exposure with Food & Beverage (F&B) industry will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently, with little supervision, resourceful, meticulous and organized.
- An effective team player with good interpersonal and able to work well with internal/external stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Words / Excel / Power Point.
- Positive attitude and a keen interest to learn.
- Able to commence immediately or within short notice will be an added advantage.
