- Assist Central Kitchen Manager in solving work related problems.
- Arrange cleaning and maintenance schedule.
- Oversee operation of Packing Team and Central Kitchen.
- Maintain inventory of production stock and equipment.
- Ensure cleanliness of Central Kitchen and food safety guidelines are maintained.
- Attend and participate in all scheduled meetings and training sessions.
