Responsibilities
The successful candidate will provide frontend and backend administration, customer and general marketing support to the Sales team.
Business Centres
- Collaborate closely with frontline operations at the business centres and internal teams to ensure operational and service excellence for customers
- Liaison with internal stakeholders on the readiness of business centre according to the requirements of the customers
- Prepare and maintain records and customers’ feedback and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner. Investigate and assist in service recovery when required
- Assist in preparation of monthly reports, operating budgets and other relevant reports
Customer Engagements
- Manage various customer surveys that the business and Group administer and work closely with internal stakeholders
- Provide and take charge of hospitality management (such as customer visits) to the organisation
- Organise customer events as part of customer engagements
Marketing Support
- Support the marketing team for events
- Maintain customers database
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Hospitality Management or Business with minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing and hospitality
- A strong team player
- Meticulous and strong analytic skills
- Strong interpersonal skill to interact with all levels of stakeholders such as senior management and internal customers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Application for reports and preparation of presentation slides for monthly meeting

- Location: Benoi Road (Island-wide transport provided)
- 5 days work week
- Working Hours: 7.25am-5pm
